YOUR PERSONAL YOGA ENERGY COACHING
I use various energetic methods to identify psychological and mental blockages that are reflected in the chakras (aura). The aim is to specifically stimulate Yin and Yang in the body. These are in symbiosis with the chakras. In order to be and remain healthy, the weak points of the physical and energetic body are balanced. With different techniques and exercises the energy flow is balanced and thereby excellent results are achieved on all levels. The body is healthy and the immune system strong.
With my Yoga Energy Coaching I help you to reduce stress, to be balanced and relaxed and to enjoy a great inner peace with which your performance increases.

Yoga Energy Coaching is tailored to your holistic needs, whether you are a beginner or a practiced yogi. In my yoga studio or in the comfort of your own home in your own familiar environment, I am happy to advise and guide you.
EXAMPLE OF A WORKOUT
If a personal trainer notes strong leg muscles, but weak back muscles, he will train the back more with the aim of bringing the whole body mechanics into harmony. In the second step, he will create a balanced training programme. The same applies to the chakras. My work consists of identifying weak chakras and strengthening them. In this way I create a balance between the chakras and the physical body. When they are balanced, the body and immune system become healthy.
THE CHAKRAS ARE THE MIRROR OF THE SOUL!
Long before, psychological and physical problems manifest, they are recognisable in the chakras. The energy body with its chakra aura has the same form as the physical body.
AFTER A PRELIMINARY TALK AND THE ANALYSIS OF YOUR CHAKRAS
your “Yoga Energy Coaching Programme” will be put together (30 or 60 minutes). This is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners.
Your lifestyle, current needs and physical problems are taken into account.
I work with different healing techniques, energy work, Yin & Yang Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Bandas, Mudras, Pranayama, Kriya, Nidra Yoga, Mindfullnes exercises, singing bowls as well as guided meditations.
It takes at least three sessions to put together your personal programme and practice together. Afterwards, further sessions / packages can be booked to deepen and optimise the techniques. The programme is constantly being adapted.

and are two inseparable opposites, they attract each other and form a whole. They are in absolute balance, one is unthinkable without the other! Yin always contains a portion of yang and vice versa. In accordance with our daily routine, our vegetative nervous system involuntarily switches from yin (relaxation) to yang (activity/productivity) several times a day. When both interact in a balanced way, the challenges of everyday life are easily mastered.
