Hello, my name
is Martina Mühlstätter
01
and this is my story
I was introduced to Yoga during my first trip to India in 1999, since then it’s been an important part of my life. Providing me with a solid and balance foundation in the asanas, breathing exercises and meditation. Over the years, my appreciation and yearning to strengthen and deepen my practice through various courses that helped me to adapt, developed and deepened my techniques. Such courses were: Yoga (500 TTC), Yoga Therapy (200 TTC), Mindfulness MBSR, BBM Kriya, Meditation and Kundalini Meditation.
In recent years I have been particularly fascinated with the combination of yoga and energy work! This fascination, coupled with my energy healing methods which I learnt in my early twenties, has pushed me to further developed and combine my own healing techniques with traditional ones, that can be adapted to respective problems experienced within the mind and body.
With this combined method, I analyze the root of blockages and difficulties, sensitively uncover deficiencies and actively balance them.
OVERVIEW OF MY TECHNIQUES
Yin Yoga
01
In accordance with the daily routine, our vegetative nervous system changes several times from Yin (relaxation) to Yang (activity). When Yin and Yang play together in harmony, we calmly and easily master all daily challenges.
ENERGY HEALING
02
Emotions create thought patterns that increase or decrease our physical vibration. Positive thoughts increase the physical and energetic vibration, the prana energy becomes more active.
KRIYA MEDITATION
03
Mediation has been shown to actively contribute to a change in the brain, calm the nervous system and lower cholesterol levels. Kriya meditation is an ancient yogic wisdom. It became known in the West mainly through Pranayama Yogananda. Its aim is to restore the original state of perfect consciousness.
SINGING BOWL THERAPY
04
Singing bowl massage is an excellent way to reduce stress, relieve physical tension and blockages and strengthen the energy centres. The vibrations of the singing bowl can be compared to water waves, which flow harmoniously through the body, relax it and provide inner peace and well-being.
